Flexible Payment Options
Choose the Approach That Works Best for You
Evergreen Fox Crossing offers two ways to structure your residency costs, allowing you to choose between a traditional monthly fee or an accommodation fee paired with a lower monthly payment.
Monthly Fee
This option requires a monthly fee with no accommodation fee.
For individuals who prefer a straightforward monthly payment structure without a larger upfront accommodation fee, this option may offer the flexibility they’re looking for.
Accommodation Fee + Monthly Fee
This option includes an upfront accommodation fee in exchange for a lower monthly fee.
Estimated accommodation fees range from $130,000 to $275,000.
If a resident leaves Evergreen Fox Crossing before 10 years, Evergreen retains 10% of the accommodation fee for each year of residency. The remaining percentage is refunded to the resident or their estate.
