Your Priority Number is assigned in sequential order and gives you the opportunity to preview options first, select your preferred residence style and location, and enjoy exclusive benefits.

Complete the Agreement & Questionnaire

Submit your signed Priority Program Agreement and short questionnaire to secure your spot.

Preview, Select, and Reserve

When final architectural plans and pricing are available, Priority Members will be invited—based on their number—to schedule a one-on-one appointment. At that time, you’ll receive all the details and have the option to reserve your new residence.
